Cancellation Policy

If you want cancel an order,

  • BEFORE the restaurant accepts the order, tap “Cancel Order” in the orders  screen.
  • AFTER an order has been accepted by a restaurant, you will need to contact our support team. Our support team will then confirm with the restaurant that they have not begun preparing your food and are ok with the cancellation. If the restaurant has started preparing the food, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the order.
