La Minutera Seafood Restaurant

The Blanco brothers, born in the small fishing village of Caibarien, Cuba, came to Miami in the 1960s but never forgot the Minuta street vendors they would often eat at. In 1987, La Minutera opened its doors serving those same delicious sandwiches. Through the years, it grew into a beloved Hialeah landmark. To this day, they still serve those tasty Minuta sandwiches, as well as paellas, seafood platters, ceviche, and lobsters, as well as steaks, chicken platters, and more!
